Problem Identification Workshop
Our Problem Identification (ID) Workshop is a hands-on workshop that allows participants to learn and apply the three key steps to crafting effective problem statements. Your team will leave having defined and stack-ranked a set of testable hypotheses based on real-world business issues to drive their next L&D project. The Problem ID Workshop is typically one 90-minute virtual session for up to 14 participants.
Strategy Masterclass
Our Strategy Masterclass is a more detailed, collaborative workshop on problem identification. It is followed by sessions on the objectives and key results (OKR) framework, decision-making, and influencing without authority. Follow-up resources include templates for self-driven future work. The Strategy Masterclass can be a full-day virtual or in-person strategy lab for up to 40 people.
Environmental Analysis
Our Environmental Analysis combines problem ID activities and 1:1 interviews (price set by group size) to document ROI, consensus, and next steps. The final report presents the RICE (Reach, Impact, Confidence, and Effort) model with use case priorities, client-facing presentation material, and an actionable roadmap. This process will include approximately 4 - 6 weeks of workshops, Subject Matter Expert (SME) interviews, and reports.
